We had the great pleasure of having the Chef prepare dinner for the eight of us this summer. Everything was perfectly done from setting a table with flowers from the garden through dessert. We look forward to renting again and having the Chef prepare another meal.

I recently attended a cooking clas you taught at Jean Martin in Maussane, France (I was the youngest and the only non-French person, and neither of those mattered). You were a wonderful teacher, giving us helpful hints and encouraging us to participate. The dishes you prepared were great, and I cannot wait to share them with my family.
In addition, your class was an excellent way for me to practice my French. The whole reason for my trip to France is for me to work on becoming fluent, and your class added many useful words to my vocabulary.
Si vous ne lisez l'anglais, j'ai trouvé le cours de cuisine et le prof très bon.

J'ai assisté à un cours de cuisine avec Guillaume Ronald et j'ai apprécié la clarté de ses explications, son côté pédagogue , le tout das la bonne ambiance. Il sait nous donner envie de cuisiner "comme un chef"!

J'adore et j'aime.
Une offre très attrayante, une belle carte, une formule adaptée à la Provence et à ses hôtes mais aussi aux autochtones.
Un chef promis à une belle réussite à en juger par les blogs de ses clients étrangers.

We cannot thank you enough for an absolutely wonderful dinner and evening. The whole meal was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. The table was exquisitely decorated out on the terrace with flowers from the property. The service was charming and fun and extremely professional at the same time. We were so proud to be able to treat our friends to such an evening.
We will definitely call you next time we are in France.

Thanks for a fantastic dinner - it was the perfect way to celebrate my husband's birthday with our friends. The food you prepared for the kids before we ate was amazing: pasta with a cream sauce & chicken and chocolate mousse for dessert - we were so glad they couldn't finish it all - although they certainly tried to!!

Then the petit fours by the pool and the wonderful al fresco dinner made it a really memorable night. The duck with lavendar was especially great and we all enjoyed the meal and the service tremendously.

It was a pleasure to meet you both and we hope to be back in Provence next year so that we can have you cook for us again. It would be great to see you both and hear about the new addition to your family!

As I wrote to you when we returned from our French holiday, my whole family of 17 enjoyed your wonderful meal and is still talking about the great food and the delightful, capable chef and sous chef.

We really enjoyed your classic French cuisine (souffle, leg of lamb, poached pears in chocolate sauce). In addition to being a great chef, you are a wonderful teacher and a real charmer.

We hope to return to Provence soon so we can eat more of your wonderful food!
